We decided to remodel our kitchen last summer. We walked into the showroom in Manhattan and everyone was friendly and helpful. We ended up working with Sydney and she was very knowledgeable, and patient with us throughout the whole process. We were given a delivery date for the cabinets and they did arrive that day. We had a small issue with a few shelves that didn't fit but that was taken care of quickly. We highly recommend Custom Wood Products!

Bought our new home built that was 14 years old; kitchen cabinetry was dark and the house needed an update. With 40 years of construction under my belt, I knew quality cabinet construction was number one concern. We visited the shop in St Mary’s and was given the grand tour. Top of the line!! We worked with Mark and got the cabinetry ordered. When it was delivered one of the upper cabinet runs were damaged, CWP took them and within a few days they were back. After our contractor installed the cabinets, One door on the large pantry was warped. I returned that to the office in Manhattan and in a week the door was delivered by the Cabinet Doc, and all the doors were professionally adjusted. Could not be more pleased with the job. We ordered a custom painted flat panel door that comes With a lifetime warranty!
